    Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order. If you       have any questions about your order please contact us at support@toye.com or call us at +44(0)24 7684 8800 Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm and Friday, 9am - 12.30pm GMT.

    • Shipping & Delivery

      All UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class or Special Delivery and via one of the many international carriers we use for deliveries outside of the United Kingdom.

      For international deliveries it is your responsiblity to pay any applicable import taxes and to ensure that the products being delivered adhere to your country's import laws.

      It is our aim to ensure that all orders for stocked products will be shipped within 3-5 working days of receipt. Where this is not possible, we will contact you either by phone or email to discuss alternative options. If we don't have all of your items in stock we will hold your order until complete. We will inform you of this and also our estimated date of receipt of stock. If this is unacceptable you may change or cancel your order.

    UK Prices as follows:

    • Order up to the value of £30.00 - £4.50
      £30.01 - £60.00 value - £8.00
      £60.01 value and over - £9.75
      Cases - £11.00 surcharge

      When you place an order at The Toye Shop your name, address, telephone number and credit card information, which are required to successfully process your order, are kept safe and secure. Your payment information is never stored on our servers and is instead processed through SagePay , one of the biggest and the fastest growing Payment service providers. We may use the information we collect to notify you occasionally about special promotional offers, changes to the website, and new services we think you’ll be excited by. If you would rather not receive this information then simply tick the “Do Not Mail” box when you register with us and we promise not to bother you. We will never pass your information on to 3rd parties.

      We also monitor customer traffic activity and site usage using Google Analytics to help us develop the design and layout of the online store we think you will most enjoy. All data collected by this method is anonymous and taken from the data your web browsers sends to our server when requesting our website.

      Returns & Replacements

      Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have 7 days from receiving the goods to check them over and, if you are not happy with it or no longer require it, can return the item to us for a full refund which we will issue within 30 days of receiving the goods. Anything that is made to order, bespoke or cut to length is excluded from the returns policy but if you are unhappy with the product please contact us and we will see what we can do.

      If a product develops a fault or otherwise fails, please contact us to arrange repair or replacement..

      Please note that all online and phone orders cannot be returned to any of our stores and must be processed by our online sales team.
